Privacy policy
Effective September 10, 2026
Aura Check: Lock-In is published by Outworld Apps. The game works without an account. This policy explains the information used by the browser game, mobile game, optional advertising, and purchases.
Your game progress
Scores, chapter progress, earned sparks, selected colors, and preferences are saved on your device. We do not upload a player profile or public leaderboard. You can reset progress in Settings. Clearing browser storage or deleting the app can remove local progress. Store purchases can be restored through the same Apple or Google account.
Advertising in the mobile editions
The mobile game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads between runs. Ads never interrupt active play. Google may process device information, IP address, approximate location, advertising identifiers where available, ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and consent choices. We configure contextual advertising and do not request App Tracking Transparency permission or access to the iOS advertising identifier. This does not mean that the ad provider processes no device data.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for consent before ads can load. You can revisit available choices through Settings → Privacy choices. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses advertising data. The browser edition does not load AdMob ads or offer in-app purchases.
Purchases and verification
Apple App Store or Google Play handles payment. We do not receive your card or banking information. The game sends a store-signed transaction or purchase token, product identifier, and platform to our purchase verification service using HTTPS. The service checks the purchase directly with Apple or Google before granting an entitlement. Transaction proofs are not intentionally logged or stored by the verification service; network infrastructure may retain limited connection or security logs.
The app stores verified purchase proofs in platform secure storage for offline access for up to 30 days, and rechecks purchases to detect refunds or revocations. You can restore purchases from Settings. Store providers retain transaction records under their own policies.
Sharing
Sharing is initiated by you. The game creates a receipt image with your run score, chapter, combo, and challenge date. You choose the app and recipient using your device's share sheet. We do not automatically post, upload a contact list, or access your social accounts.
Website and browser edition
Our hosting providers process IP addresses and request information needed to serve and protect this website. Browser game progress uses local storage. We do not add advertising pixels or analytics trackers to the launch page.
Age and choices
Aura Check is designed for a general teenage and adult audience, not children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through our service, contact us. Applicable privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, and complaint to your local data protection authority. Because we do not maintain game accounts, local progress can be deleted directly on the device.
